Mediation and Investigation of Complaints

I have had experience of working for large and small companies, SEO's and secondary and tertiary educational institutions in the following:

investigation of complaints of sexual harassment and other grievances.

mediation between conflicted individuals and groups within an organisation.

provision of courses in communication, avoidance of sexual harassment, dealing with difficult staff and other topics.

All investigations and mediations are carried out rapidly (or I will refer you elsewhere if I am not available when you want me) and with complete confidentiality. My background in psychotherapy helps me establish rapport with complainants, while my experience in management gives me a good understanding of the needs of employers with respect to the various awards and acts which affect these issues.
